1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Podcasters.me (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. About This Site

Podcasters.me is an independent review and resource site for podcasters. We publish reviews, comparisons, guides, and free tools to help independent podcasters choose the right software and services for their shows.

3. Affiliate Disclosure

Podcasters.me participates in affiliate programs. This means we may earn a commission when you click a link on this site and make a purchase or sign up for a service — at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial opinions or review scores. We only recommend products we believe are genuinely useful to podcasters.

Affiliate partnerships currently include programs operated through Impact.com, PartnerStack, Rewardful, and direct affiliate programs with individual companies.

4. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to keep pricing, feature information, and product details accurate and up to date. However, software products change frequently. Always verify current pricing and features directly with the vendor before making a purchase decision. We are not responsible for any discrepancies between information on this site and a vendor's current offering.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Podcasters.me — including text, images, tools, and code — is the property of Podcasters.me unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or republish any content from this site without prior written permission.

6. Free Tools

The free tools available on Podcasters.me (including the Podcast Script to Runtime Calculator and Podcast Sponsorship Rate Calculator) are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of results produced by these tools. Results are estimates based on industry benchmarks and should not be treated as financial or business advice.

7. Third-Party Links

This site contains links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites. Linking to a third-party site does not constitute an endorsement beyond our stated review opinion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Podcasters.me is provided for informational purposes only. We are not liable for any decisions made based on content published on this site, including purchasing decisions, business decisions, or financial outcomes.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
